KYP is a free learning initiative of BSDM, Govt. of Bihar and no course fee needs to be paid by the candidate. However in order to increase the candidates stake in the training and to arrest drop-out a refundable security deposit has to be paid by all the candidates who are not covered the Self Help Allowance (SHA) scheme.
