Human Resource

The following 4 roles have been identified for the SDC. The SDC needs to have at least 3 personnel i.e. Centre coordinator and 2 certified Learner facilitators (If running batches in 2 shifts per day). All the 4 roles can be performed by the 3 mandatory personnel if required.

  • Center Coordinator
  • Certified Learning Facilitator (LF)
    • 2 certified LFs required at each KYP SDC is running batches in only 2 shifts per day
    • 4 certified LFs required at each KYP SDC running batches in 3 shifts per day
    • It is preferable to have a trainer who has himself passed the KYP Course and is having educational qualification of 12th pass, unless he has a higher Degree / Diploma in Computer Science.
  • System Administrator
  • Counselor (Should be able to speak in Hindi & English)

The SDC ownership needs to ensure that all its personnel employed for KYP are paid remunerations in compliance to the minimum wage rates prescribed for the “skilled” manpower category as notified and revised from time to time by Labour Department, Government of Bihar.   • For Generator:
    • Purchase invoice establishing ownership or Affidavit of ownership is mandatory
