- Computer Laboratory: Mandatory
- For 20 Computers/Laptops: 200 Sq. ft. (10 sq.ft. per candidate)
- Lecture Room / Classroom: Mandatory
- 200 Sq. ft. for a batch of 20 candidates (10 sq.ft. per candidate)
- Space for reception/counselling area etc.: Mandatory
- 50-100 Sq. ft.
- Washroom facility for male and female visitors.
- Center should be located in a good locality (i.e. should have a proper approach road, the surroundings should be clean, should be accessible via public / private transport etc.) of the city or of any rural area
- All expected e-learning related computing resources i.e. 20 client machines and 1 server should be available in a single lab
